Teacher Responsibilities
Set expectations for student achievement.
Provide a safe and loving environment for learning.
Establish deadlines, due dates for project, assignments, and tests.
Explain directions and expectations for all course work.
Differentiate assignments when it is determined to be in the student’s best interest.
Be available for students academically or personally if needed.
Teach respect and appropriate learning behaviors.
Provide a curriculum that is appropriate and follows educational guidelines.
Parent Responsibilities
Encourage respect of teachers.
Assist in maintaining the educational plan for their child.
Establish a routine to assist with homework and studying.
Communicate concerns with the tutors.
Support the Teachers in maintaining appropriate behaviors.
